Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for screen-printed and roll-to-roll electrode production.

• Design process parameters, workflows, and quality standards for 3D PAD electrode fabrication.

• Commission, test, and maintain production equipment, ensuring stable, high-yield throughput.

• Work closely with R&D to translate laboratory innovations into scalable industrial processes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, materials engineering, or related field.

• Experience with roll-to-roll systems, coating, printing, or precision manufacturing processes.
